Spec-based review: scored from Beatbot's published specifications with the same weights as every other robotic cleaner. Not a hands-on test. How we score.

Our take

The Beatbot Sora 10 Robotic Pool Cleaner, released in 2026, is a cordless, battery-powered robotic pool cleaner from Beatbot. It cleans the floor, walls and waterline, navigates in a systematic pattern rather than at random, using S-shaped path optimization + SonicSense ultrasonic obstacle avoidance, and connects to its app over Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. A charge lasts up to 300 minutes and takes about 3.5 hours to refill.

On paper it scores 8.4 out of 10 (great) against other robotic cleaners. Its strongest areas are runtime (10.0) and pool size (10.0). It has no weak spot in our scoring: every area rates 7 or better.

The best price we found is $469 at Beatbot, 33% off its $699 list price. The typical robotic cleaner we track costs $899, so this one is cheaper than most. For what it does, its value score is 9.2 out of 10.

If you want mapping navigation, the cheapest we track with it is the Dreame Z1 Cordless Robotic Pool Cleaner at $349.99.

If you want surface skimming, the cheapest we track with it is the Beatbot Sora 70 Robotic Pool Cleaner at $1,199.

Bottom line: a great pick for pools with no outlet near the deck, scheduling and checking on cleans from your phone, large pools and above-ground pools.
